AIR FILTER
To achieve optimal performance, combustion engines require clean air intake. If pollutants in the air, such as soot or dust, get into the combustion chamber, pitting may occur on the cylinder heads, causing premature wear of the engine. Keeping your air filter clean helps you prevent engine problems.

We have used this air filter in our own cars with great success for years. It features OE design and materials, has high dirt holding capacity and low pressure drop with no leaks.

OIL FILTER
Oil filter plays an important role in protecting your engine. Even though you cannot see the internals of the oil filter and they look alike from the outside, they can differ greatly. It is important to choose a high quality filter, as the internal construction and its ability to retain and hold particles can have a significant effect on the performance of your engine and oil pressure. We’ve been using these in our own cars with great results for years and can recommend them to everyone.

A build up of solid particles such as dust, abraded metal, carbon deposits and soot particles can cause major damage to the engine. Working in conjunction with the oil the filter continually cleans your oil as it passes through your engine, retaining and holding tiny particles which break off your engine during normal wear and tear.

Installation note: we recommend to torque the oil filter to approx. 30 Nm (22 ft-lb).

MAGNETIC OIL SUMP PLUG
For checking metal debris in oil (like sheared metal pieces and filings) a magnetic oil sump plug is very helpful. Since it sits at the lowest point of the oil pan, it attracts and collects metal shavings from oil, stopping them from entering the oil pump and doing more wear and damage. That way you can check for potential engine problems on every oil change.
