Elevate your Mazda MX-5/Miata’s performance with the ME442 MX-5 Plug-In ECU, the latest Engine Management System designed for NA/NB models from 1989-1995. This package includes the Wideband Sensor and Cable for comprehensive engine management.
- Seamless Integration: Designed to replace the original circuit board within the factory ECU casing, retaining the original connector for a straightforward, no-fuss installation. Fits perfectly inside the OEM casing for a clean, factory-like appearance.

- Wide Compatibility: Supports both 1.6 and 1.8 models using the same hardware. The only additional requirement is running a MAP vacuum hose (supplied) from the ECU to the intake manifold.

Additional Notes:
- If using a switched-type TPS sensor (fitted to the 1.6 model), it is recommended to install a variable TPS for improved throttle response. The 1.8 model already includes a variable TPS as standard.
- To run without a MAF sensor, an Intake Air Temperature Sensor is required, available in the options list.
